Every submission is reviewed by our editorial team before it becomes a story.
What we’re looking for
We’re especially interested in tips that are local, verifiable, and in the public interest:

What makes a tip useful
The more specific your submission, the faster we can act on it. Where possible, include:
- What happened, and why it matters to readers
- When and where it happened
- Names, roles, or organizations involved, if known
- Photos, videos, or documents that support the story
- Your contact information, in case we need to verify details (this stays private — see below)
What happens after you submit
Submitting a story does not guarantee it will be published. Our editorial team reviews every tip, verifies the details wherever possible, and decides whether and how to cover it, consistent with our Editorial Policy and Fact-Checking Policy. We may contact you for more information before publishing anything based on your tip.
We do not publish a contributor’s personal contact information without their permission. If you’d prefer to remain anonymous, let us know in your submission, and we’ll only identify you as a source if it’s necessary and you’ve agreed to it.

Only submit information, photos, or documents that you have the right to share. Don’t submit anyone else’s private information without their consent, and don’t submit content that infringes someone else’s copyright.
